Balls-N-All: The ball is the most versatile piece of exercise equipment to strengthen your core and develop a strong balanced body. Class will include hand weights, pilates rings, and resistance tubing. Give this class a try!
Body Lift: Strength training in a group exercise class. Strengthen, tones and defines your muscles using the weighted toning bars, hand weights, and the step.
Circuit Training: Circuit training is a personal training experience in a class format. Using a variety of equipment in training sequences to optimize your workout. Challenging functional exercises for a stronger body.
Piloga: Fusing yoga poses with the centering techniques of pilates mat work and breathe awareness. Piloga gives you a complete balanced workout for the mind and body. Developing your core strength, flexibility, body alignment, coordination and balance. You will feel realigned and rejuvenated.
Spin: Indoor cycling at its best. Note: Heart rate monitors STRONGLY recommended.
Total Body Eclipse: TBE does not stop until the entire body has been eclipsed. TBE flows to the beat of the hotest music and with every song change, you focus on another muscle. Fat burning, strength training, and muscular endurance exercises.
